Raspal is qualified counsellor and mental health support worker with over 12 years of experience in the industry. She understands that the counselling process is firstly a very human one and is about you, your life, your joy and pain and what gives you a sense of meaning and value.
Raspal works within a person-centered framework, coming from a non-judgmental, empathetic, and supportive background. She strive's to hold space for people to feel comfortable and safe, whilst working to achieve a realistic and desirable visions with her clients.
Working with many people, from different backgrounds, ages, and cultures, she believes that offering a warm and caring therapeutic approach, underpinned with competence and skill in most cases delivers recovery-focused outcomes.
Raspal believe's the most fundamental aspect of any counselling is the relationship between the counsellor and the client. Study after study has shown that the client’s sense of the quality of the therapeutic relationship is one of the most powerful factors in the client achieving what they want from therapy.
Overall, Raspal is committed to empowering her client’s growth allowing for positive opportunities for change and developing achievable goals. Raspal's aim is to support her clients to safety by improving in their overall mental wellbeing, self-awareness and relationships.

Alaric Is a qualified psychosocial recovery coach and mental health support worker, based in the eastern suburbs of Victoria. As a recovery coach he is trained in working alongside people supporting them
to take more control of their lives and to better manage complex
challenges of day to day living. Through networking and respectful relationships and skilled coaching Alaric assists people to become
more independent and resilient.
